ERC Resource & Referral is the child care resource and referral agency which serves Brown, Doniphan, Douglas, Franklin, Jackson, Jefferson, Nemaha, Osage and Shawnee counties. As a part of this service, ERC maintains an on-going list of professional development opportunities for child care providers in northeast Kansas.
