Caring Connections:

Thank you for your interest in Caring Connections, a substitute staffing program for child care centers.

We are currently accepting applications for temporary positions. Applicants must be 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and pass a background check, drug screen and health assessment.  This program is a partnership between ERC Resource & Referral and Key Staffing.

An early care training program is available through ERC and substitutes will be employed by Key Staffing. The pay range is $8 to $11 an hour, depending on education and experience. If you are interested in working with children but need a flexible schedule, apply today!
