Keeping your profile current helps families find the right type of care for their children and eliminates the frustration that happens when they receive outdated information. Please download and fill out a form from the list below. Once completed, please mail it to us to update your profile.
If you have sent us an updated profile recently and just want to report new openings or full enrollment, you can simply call us at 1-800-279-2ERC or 785-357-5171, or email us at info@nenc.ks.childcareaware.org with your vacancy updates.

Once the form is open, complete the information and either print or click the option in the upper right of the screen that allows you to submit the form.
